ORDER PROCESSING

Your order will be processed within 2 to 10 business days depending on the selected model.

Shipping time is a maximum of 3 business days within Poland and approximately 7 days outside our borders. The order is shipped in a cardboard box with a logo. All leather bags and belts are packed in black cotton bags with a gold logo.

If the Customer does not collect the parcel from the Parcel Locker within the time specified by the carrier, he or she must cover the cost of returning it to our office in the amount of PLN 15. This amount will be collected automatically.

RETURN

14 days to make a return: from the day you receive the package to its delivery to our office.

We will accept a return if the ordered product returns intact, with the tag, receipt and in the original box, properly secured. Remember to roll the belt carefully so that the buckle is on top. Otherwise, it may become deformed when delivered to us.

If you are returning one of several products from the receipt, please send us a scan or photo of the entire receipt – we need it for documentation.

The belt with additional holes and the individual design are not returnable due to personalization.

If the customer does not follow these guidelines, the parcel is sent back at his expense and the return is rejected.

After receiving the package, we send an e-mail confirming receipt of the return. If you do not receive such a message, please write to us, perhaps the parcel was lost on the way to our office.

EXCHANGE

It is possible to replace the strap with a different size.

This involves the cost of sending back the new model – PLN 15.

WARRANTY and COMPLAINTS

All products offered in the Store are covered by a 2-year warranty. The warranty covers hidden defects, not those resulting from improper use of the product. Defects covered by the warranty cover all aspects related to the durability of the product, i.e. including construction defects (in particular related to the strength of rivets and seams).

In particular, the warranty does not cover natural processes of changing the appearance of natural leather, its discoloration and natural aging, because these changes result from the properties of the material used. Natural leather also reacts to metal. If the buckle rubs it daily, deformations and abrasions may occur. Belts with oval, round or engraved buckles are most susceptible to this.
